Not able to launch the SR-IOV based POD using Deployment kind in non default projects

Issue

• Not able to launch the SR-IOV based pod using kind Deployment in any other projects except the default project.
• SR-IOV based pod can only be deployed successfully in the default project if the networkNamespace is set to default while creating the sriovnetwork object
• When a non-default namespace is used at the sriovnetwork configuration, It failed with the following error:
