Why Is The Manual Data Uploading To Red Hat Automation Analytics Failing With Status 413 In Ansible Tower?

Issue

When trying to get the automation analytics data uploaded from tower manually using the awx-manage gather_analytics --ship utility the upload fails with below error:

# awx-manage gather_analytics --ship

This issue has already been filed in the upstream AWX github repo & will be fixed in Ansible Tower v3.8.0. Below is the link:
