How to get rid of pam_unix failed messages when user is in LDAP ?

Issue

  • User exists in LDAP and pam_unix module gives authentication failure messages in /var/log/secure, however authetication sucessful by LDAP module, How to get rid of these messages.
Nov  6 13:20:57 EXAMPLE sshd[22419]: pam_unix(sshd:auth): authentication failure; logname= uid=0 euid=0 tty=ssh ruser= rhost=abc.example.com  user=user1
Nov  6 13:20:57 EXAMPLE sshd[22419]: Accepted password for user1 from 10.40.1.x port 54846 ssh2
Nov  6 13:20:57 EXAMPLE sshd[22419]: pam_unix(sshd:session): session opened for user user1 by (uid=0)
Nov  6 13:21:42 EXAMPLE sshd[22419]: pam_unix(sshd:session): session closed for user user1
