Deployer pod fail when injected with sidecar envoy proxy on OpenShift Container Platform 4

Issue

• If we create or update a deploymentconfig, the deploy pod goes in Error when the namespace is part of service mesh.
• When having an application pods somehow want to contact kube svc, api, … during startup, the pod deployment fails when the namespace is part of service mesh..
• When we have an init container in the deployment, init proxy fail to startup when the namespace is part of service mesh.
