"Upstream cannot be null" message printed in APIcast logs
Issue
The Warning message Upstream cannot be null appears in the APIcast logs for every request, whether these are successful or not:
2020/09/03 23:55:57 [notify] 24 # 24: * 262729 [moon] apicast.lua: 69: api upstream for the service: 7 is invalid, error: Upstream cannot be null, ...
