Receiving the error "IPA Error 907: NetworkError" in IDM Web UI

In the IDM web UI, when clicking Authentication > Certificates, you receive Operations Error pop up with details of a SSLV3_ALERT_HANDSHAKE_FAILURE.

Closing that pop-up results in a message stating An error has occurred (IPA ERROR 907:NetworkError)
