Clustered postgres-8 resource fails to start with "PID File Exists For postgres-8:<name>" in RHEL 5 or 6
Issue
- When I reboot a node and it tries to start the
postgres-8resource, it fails with "PID File Exists"

Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 or 6 with the High Availability Add On
- RHEL 5:
rgmanager(any release) - RHEL 6:
resource-agentsprior to release3.9.2-40.el6rgmanager
- One or more services with a
postgres-8resource in/etc/cluster/cluster.conf
