EDS returning incorrect timestamp (+1 hour) for web service data source

Issue

• We have web service data source from the time series system for the VDB which has lot of timestamp columns and when we run the query against the view that uses web service data source , it is returning timestamp with additional an hour compared to timestamp value returned when invoking web service directly using SoapUI client tools or any other tool.
