Horizon: Can't edit a subnet when 'Disable Gateway' is true.
Issue

A user that has created a subnet where
Disable Gatewayistrue, is not able to edit the subnet. Clicking the 'Save' button is not possible. -
Editing a subnet, if the gateway ip is empty the form cannot be submitted.
