What is /dev/block directory ? Why it was not on RHEL 5, but it is on RHEL 6 ?
Issue
- The RHEL 6 systems shows
/dev/blockdirectory, but the same directory is not present on RHEL 5 systems. What is the use of/dev/blockdirectory? why it was not on RHEL 5, but it is on RHEL 6?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, 6
