Issue

We are using the periodic-rotating-file-handler to configure a logger which should roll over the log for each day. We have noticed it is rolling over the log at “12:00pm” noon rather than “00:00” midnight. Can you please provide the appropriate configuration for rolling over at midnight to a new log file?
