Can a user defined port be assigned to a alert notification generated by the Alert:SNMP server plug-in?

Issue

Does SNMP settings only support port 162?
Is there a sample configuration you can provide to have a different port such as 1621?
If I leave the port settings as default the alerts are sent to port 161 instead of 162.
What port is used by default?
Can a different port be used?
