rhel7: "ICMP port unreachable” error for local UDP
Issue
Our application is a VoIP product, where SO_BINDTODEVICE is also used as a socket option. We confirmed that this problem occurs only when an application communicates with its own IP address on a same server. When it communicates with other servers, it works properly.
The communication to local socket fails.
