Openstack baremetal node import fails with error "Failed to get power state for node"

Issue

• During the registration of overcloud nodes when importing all these baremetal nodes, all compute nodes are imported except for one.
• Manual connection check using ipmitool is working fine but import of the node before introspection is failing.
