Configure JMS Queue and Durable Topic within JBOSS-SOA Platform

Issue

I am trying to configure a persistent JMS Queue and a Durable Topic for external JMS client to send/publish JMS messages to JBOSS-ESB JMS Services.  Would you please point me to the right direction on how and where to configure these features?
