Issue

  • OCP console inaccessible .
  • oc commands are failing with the following error:
haproxy[XXXXX]: backend ocp-master_secure has no server available!
  • Kubelet logs has the following errors:
Failed while requesting a signed certificate from the master: cannot create certificate signing request: Post https://X.X.X.X:8443/apis/certificates.k8s.io/v1beta1/certificatesigningrequests: dial tcp: lookup ocp-consoleX.X.X.X on X.X.X.X:53: read udp X.X.X.X:54759->X.X.X.X:53: i/o timeout

Unable to write event: 'Patch https://X.X.X.X:8443/api/v1/namespaces/kube-system/events/master-api-ocp-master-3.X.X.X.X: dial tcp: lookup ocp-console.X.X.X.Xon X.X.X.X:53: read udp X.X.X.X54759->X.X.X.X53: i/o timeout' (may retry after sleeping)
