Why the installed operator is showing "1 requires approval" and at the same time display information as "Automatic" on the Webconsole?

Issue

• Installed operator subscribed with the Automatic mode and on the Webconsole displays the same but also showing 1 requires approval.
• After installing the first operator with a manual subscription, the second operator with an automatic subscription showing 1 requires approval with display automatic on the Operatorhub web console.
