Opening ports in range 9000-9999 and 30000-32767 for RHOCP 4 UPI installation

Issue

• 9000-9999 and 30000-32767 TCP/UDPconsists lot of ports to open. Is it possible to open only used Host level services including the node exporter on ports 9100-910 and the Cluster Version Operator on port 9099 and don't open all nodeport range because don't want to use that feature.
• In version 3.11 it was only few ports to open now its something like 3000 ports to open. Do we have a possible workaround ?
• Need to know the exhaustive list of ports to open and not having a big range of IP only.
