The memory used by the httpd client process increases.

Steps for reproduction

1. start httpd

# service httpd start

2. reload httpd

# service httpd reload

3. access by SSL3

# openssl s_client -tls1 -cipher 'DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA'  -connect  localhost:443;
