Upgrade mariadb-10.1 to mariadb-10.3 container image
Issue
- We would like to have new rhscl/maridb-103 docker container image.
- One of our project is planning to upgrade mariadb-10.1 -->mariadb-10.3.(7)
to incorporate CREATE SEQUENCE (MDEV-10139) feature.
