Unable to convert stripped LV to linear , getting an error " Cannot convert striped LV vg/lv with varying stripe count to raid0."

Issue

  • A stripped type logical volume has more than one segment, unable to convert it to linear volume
  • There are more than one stripped segments in logical volume and each segment has different stripe count. Example below there are 3 striped segments, but one has 3 stripes in the segment whereas the other two just have 1 each.
