CodeReady Workspaces Theia container fails to connect to CRW server

Issue

If the Openshift cluster is configured with cluster-wide proxy and a wildcard OpenShift domain is added into spec.server.nonProxyHosts, then Che Theia cannot connect to Che server. However, if another wildcard domain is used than everything works fine.
