Worker nodes unable to join the RHOCP 4.x cluster

Issue

  • While trying to add the new worker node to the RHOCP, it is unable to join the cluster.
$ oc get nodes
NAME                   STATUS   ROLES    AGE   VERSION
master-0.example.com   Ready    master   3d    v1.18.3+6025c28
master-1.example.com   Ready    master   3d    v1.18.3+6025c28
master-2.example.com   Ready    master   3d    v1.18.3+6025c28

  • There are no pending CSR's
$ oc get csr
No resources found
