RHEV: Virtual disks get corrupted after live migration or a power cycle of the related VM guest
Issue
- Thin provisioned virtual disks get corrupted after a live migration or a power cycle of the VM which the mentioned disk connected.
- RHEV VM not starting. Could not open disk image.
- VM not start, its goes in paused mode.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.x
- Fibre Channel (FC) Storage Domain (SD)
- Thin provisioned disks
