ODF/OCP vmdk not found on Vmware deployments

Issue

  • ODF/OCP backed PV's are failing to attach due to missing vmdk disks:
AttachVolume.Attach failed for volume "pvc-3fdd4073-1b7f-4a65-80f6-de141a61353b" : File []/vmfs/volumes/5e28d4fe-e41432b2-cc25-58605fd9e272/kubevols/ocp4-rp-thrvr-dynamic-pvc-3fdd4073-1b7f-4a65-80f6-de141a61353b.vmdk was not found
  • Failing to attach volume due to missing Datastores.

  • Nodes are failing to boot up with:
