NFS remove operations taking a long time and tripping hung_task backtraces and/or hung_task panics

- experiencing hung_task panics or in general slow NFS remove operations
- removing a NFS file is slow with NetApp NFS server
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (NFS client)
- seen with NetApp filer (NFS server) and large file removes
