After moving GFS2 file system from /etc/fstab to <resources> in /etc/cluster/cluster.conf, file system doesn't mount in RHEL 5 or 6 cluster
Issue
- I tested adding the
gfs2as a resource, and removing it from thefstab. To date, I cannot get the file system to mount. When I add the mount entry back into thefstab, it mounts all nodes.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 or 6 with the Resilient Storage Add On
- GFS or GFS2
- A
<clusterfs>resource defined in the<resources>section of/etc/cluster/cluster.conf, but not referenced within any<service>
