How to determine the optimal values of max-queue-size and max-queue-count for flow-to-disk limit policy in qpid broker?

Issue

• having a durable queue with expected usual queue depth in several hundreds of messages / several MBs
• the queue has to keep all messages even if all consumers are gone for a day, what is more than RAM can fit in

Is flow-to-disk (FTD) limit policy recommended for this use case?

And what max-queue-size and max-queue-count to be set in this case?
