RHV: moved thin-provisioned disk from file to block storage and then rebooted VM, now the disk seems corrupted
Issue
- Disk that was previously moved to a block storage domain. After rebooting the VM the disk appears corrupted from inside the VM, file-systems cannot mount and/or system won't boot.
- Upon closer inspection, the Virtual Machine sees a qcow2 header on the disk.
- Disk is Thin-Provisioned and was moved live from Gluster/NFS to iSCSI/FibreChannel before the reboot of the VM.
- Virtual Machine XML contains RAW type for the disk, but the disk is QCOW2
