Is it possible to provide guaranteed cpu cycles to vms in RHEV3.0?
In RHEV, the option of guarantee memory to a VM is possible, but is it possible to guarantee CPU as well?
In order to create a performance/load test environment, and need to have as little variance as possible to the CPU available to some guest VM's.
