We cannot use IPAPPEND with grub.efi on UEFI enabled environment.

Issue

I would like to know what is the substitute of "IPAPPEND" command of PXELINUX in grub.efi.
In BIOS PXE boot we were using IPAPPEND and it was appending the ip detail in kernel parameter, similarly I want to append ip detail in kernel parameter in grub.
