  • Error of "Unexpected EOF on channel in chan_read" when trying to perform a P2V conversion

  • In /var/log/messages:

Nov  8 17:20:49 $hostname virt-v2v[50641]: FATAL: Failed to mount $hostname:$nfsmount. Command exited with status 32. Output was: mount.nfs: access denied by server while mounting $hostname:$nfsmount

Nov  8 17:20:49 $hostname virt-v2v[50641]: WARNING: Failed to unmount $hostname:$nfsmount. Command exited with status 1. Output was: umount: /tmp/89q8Y9dmCJ: not mounted
