Multibyte characters get corrupted when importing assets from BRMS to JBDS

Issue

• Using JBoss BRMS 5.3.1, with rules in French (UTF-8). If we use our browser to see :

http://server:8080/jboss-brms/org.drools.guvnor.Guvnor/webdav/packages/ourpackage/ourdecisiontable.gdst

The text is really UTF8 (french "accents" can be seen if the editor is in "UTF-8" mode, like in "rémunération").

But if we import the same file with JBDS5 (using the Guvnor webdav importer), the UTF-8 are being corrupted: for example "rémunération" is transformed in "rémunération" (even if displayed in UTF-8).
