/var/log/messages is flooded with repeated fcoemon "no such device" and "Could not acquire fip socket" errors

Issue

• The system logs are being flooded with messages like the following:

Aug 31 11:05:56 localhost fcoemon: socket error
Aug 31 11:05:56 localhost fcoemon: error 19 No such device
Aug 31 11:05:56 localhost fcoemon: Could not acquire fip socket.
Aug 31 11:05:57 localhost fcoemon: fip_socket: error 19 No such device
Aug 31 11:05:57 localhost fcoemon: fip_socket: Failed to open SANMAC socket.

• In spite of these errors, all FCoE devices appear to work properly and show no issues.
