Mellanox ConnectX logging cannot post and timed out message regarding go bit not cleared
Issue
Seeing following messages in syslog
mlx4_core <PCI-address> cannot post the command 0x27 (go bit not cleared)
mlx4_core <PCI-address> cannot post the command 0x43 (go bit not cleared)
mlx4_core <PCI-address> cannot post the command 0x48 (go bit not cleared)
mlx4_core <PCI-address> cannot post the command 0x49 (go bit not cleared)
mlx4_core <PCI-address> command 0x27 timed out (go bit not cleared)
mlx4_core <PCI-address> command 0x43 timed out (go bit not cleared)
mlx4_core <PCI-address> command 0x48 timed out (go bit not cleared)
mlx4_core <PCI-address> command 0x49 timed out (go bit not cleared)
Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 with Mellanox provided mlx4_core driver
