java.lang.NullPointerException when running "discovery -f" from the JBoss ON Agent command line

Issue

• JBoss ON Server does not show new resources in the Auto-Discovery queue;
• When running discovery -f from the Agent command line the command does not execute completely and the following exception is logged:
