Browsing SAS 9.4 server is much slower as compared to browsing SAS 9.3 via Putty/SSH on Red Hat Enterprise linux 6.4

Issue

  • Degraded performance observed while browsing SAS 9.4 server deployed on RHEL6.4 via "putty/ssh" using SAS provided browser launcher "sasrv" which actually uses X server in background. While the performance for SAS 9.3 on same RHEL6.4 machine gives a much better performance.
