Unable to configure Power Management using Cisco UCS agent.

Issue

• Configured RHV Host power management functions using cisco_ucs agent.

• From the RHV-M GUI/Webadmin:
  Compute -> Hosts -> Selected host -> Edit -> Power Management
  Select the Power Management Agent

• Test fails with the following message.

• Manual fence_cisco_ucs completes without errors and returns the status.
