How to re-generate worker.ign and master.ign on running RHOCP4.5 cluster in case the original ignitions are deleted from bastion host?

Issue

  • Existing Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4.5 Cluster is running over RHV cluster (installed as UPI Baremetal) environment and its completely working fine.
  • During clean up activity, deleted the bastion host where all existing ignitions and install-config.yaml for this cluster were present.
  • Requirement is to scale up the worker machines from 3 to 5 and master remove and re-create. Is there any way to re-generate this cluster specific ignitions?
