JBAS011046: A component named ... is already defined in this module in JBoss EAP 6

Issue

• I keep getting the following error, In looking at the trace, the component in question is in the logs as 'accepted' twice, which may be the issue - but it seems it's coming from the same file in my war - so why is it doing it twice?
