RHMI 3Scale users are deleted and replaced with uppercase email and username users with no permissions
Issue
- Users are mapped in correctly on login, but are deleted and replaced with a non-functioning user with an uppercase username.
- Users lose permissions in 3Scale
Environment
- Red Hat Managed Integration (RHMI) 2
- Red Hat 3Scale API Management (3Scale) 2.8
- External IdP
- Uppercase letters in the UserName and email.
- Login to 3Scale
