[RHEL 5/KVM] - Need information on the relation between MAC addresses of vnet interfaces on a RHEL5.5 host and those of interfaces of a VM in a KVM environment

Issue

• Need information on the relation between the MAC addresses of vnet interfaces on a RHEL 5.5 host machine and the MAC address of interfaces of a VM in a KVM environment. Specifically,  is there a determined way in which static MAC addresses of interfaces of a VM translate to the MAC addresses of vnet interfaces that appear on the host.
