"All workers are in error state" after upgrade to JBCS httpd 2.4.37
Issue
- After upgrading to JBCS httpd 2.4.37, we began seeing the following errors after no other changes:
[:debug] [pid 16764:tid 8968] mod_proxy_cluster.c(1854): proxy: byrequests balancer FAILED
[:error] [pid 16764:tid 8968] proxy: CLUSTER: (balancer://perfbalancer). All workers are in error state.
