Red Hat Satellite fails to connect to the host via ssh on Ansible Jobs or Insights remediation playbooks

Issue

When applying Insights remediation or any Ansible jobs playbook, the playbook execution fails with the following message:

fatal: [host.example.com]: UNREACHABLE! => {"changed": false, "msg": "Failed to connect to the host via ssh: ssh_exchange_identification: read: Connection reset by peer", "unreachable": true}
