My subscription is only for 2 weeks and I cannot see the contract number

Issue

  • I have activated a subscription from Red Hat Subscription Activation page with 16 digit subscription activation number received from hardware vendor (OEM)

    • Although I have purchased 1/3/5 year subscription, the Customer portal shows service date only lasts for 2 weeks or so.
  • I can see the subscription number but the contract number is shown as 'Not Available'

Subscriptions Not Reflected Yet

  • I cannot attach the subscription to a system.
