Multiple different $ORIGIN directives with wildcards in DNS zone entries

Issue

• DNS zone entries set $ORIGIN multiple times
• After each $ORIGIN a wildcard entry is used to map all entries to specific a ipv4 or ipv6 address.
• Are there any scenarios or cases where the behaviour would differ from using wildcards with a sub-domain suffix, assuming $ORIGIN is set to the domain name?
• Are there any scenarios or cases where the behaviour would differ from using wildcards with a full domain suffix?
