After migrating Red Hat Satellite v 5.6 or 5.7 from RHN Classic to RHSM, Satellite-sync fails with error: Error Class Code: 31

Issue

• After migrating Satellite v 5.6 or 5.7 from RHN Classic to RHSM, satellite-sync fails with error:

# satellite-sync -l
