systemctl command do not show any output

Issue

• systemctl status <service.name> do not return anything on the command line.

• Example:

  root@host:~> ps aux | grep rsyslog
  root      1967  0.0  0.2 296296 10476 ?        Ssl  Jun27   0:18 
  /usr/sbin/rsyslogd -n
  root     26044  0.0  0.0 112708   928 pts/1    S+   10:11   0:00 grep --color=auto rsyslog
  root@host:~> systemctl status rsyslog
  root@host:~> 
  

• logs shows below error:
