RHV: Virtual Machine memory usage shown in the Admin Portal is higher than expected

Issue

• Memory usage shown for the VM in the Admin Portal is too high and incorrect
• The value shown in the Admin Portal seems to be based on "free" memory only, disregarding buffers and caches and counting those as used.
• After doing some heavy I/O in the VM, memory usage goes to 99%
• Dropping caches inside the VM makes the memory usage go back to the correct value.
