After performing any yum transaction on RHEL 8 client, traces status shows that client needs rebooting on Red Hat Satellite WebUI.
Issue
- After installing/removing any package which does not require a reboot from Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 system, the traces status on the Satellite WebUI changes to
reboot required.

- Red Hat Satellite 6.6 and later
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
